Job invitations are sent direct to your shortlisted candidate(s).
On acceptance, the job seeker's contact details are released; if the invitation is declined, the reason is provided.
Invitations use one Contact Credit — or two where the profile includes a video introduction.
Contact Credits cost £20–£35 depending on volume purchased, and are returned if your invitation is declined.

Fees for successful placements are fixed at 8% of base salary for permanent roles, and an 8% margin on the applicable daily or hourly rate for interim or temporary roles.
Placements are made under the relevant recruitment partner's terms of business.
Job Advertising:
When registered you can advertise your roles at no cost.
Applicants are held exclusively against your vacancy for a fixed period (10 days for permanent roles, 5 days for interim and 3 days for temporary).
Invitations can be sent via the Direct or Agency route.
Headhunting:
For hard-to-fill roles, our team will source and submit up to 5 anonymised CVs.
